Moore is a large auditing and accounting firm with offices around the world. Like all major businesses in financial services, there is intense competition for the best talent on the market. As such, Moore and other firms in the industry have a responsibility to make their firm attractive to financial services workers at all stages, with the competition for new talent, articles candidates and recent graduates being intense. Moore Johannesburg tasked us with helping them position their firm as the ideal home for ambitious graduates and articles candidates.
Alongside Moore Johannesburg’s team and Sidebar, a design firm we frequently partner on projects with, we devised ‘Are You Moore?’, a lead generation campaign asking students if they’re the right candidate to work at a firm like Moore. At its heart, the campaign was one of self-selection, where candidates were presented an alternative to the safe route of prioritising ‘The Big 4’. We produced a hero video, alongside standalone interviews, showcasing the workplace culture and the exceptional young talent who had risen to key leadership positions despite their youth, many being in the early to mid thirties. We built a highly targeted paid media campaign to drive traffic to the landing page where leads were captured.
Sidebar, who built the landing page and key design elements, housed all of these videos on that landing page too, streamlining the candidate's ability to self-identify.
